When Josh Hamilton and Nelson Cruz banged into each other Friday night in left-center field, Mitch Moreland had the same thought as everyone else.

"I was hoping they didn't get hurt," he said.

But Moreland also had another thought, that the Rangers' outfield is the heaviest in baseball when he, Cruz and Hamilton are in there together. And, according to a quick glance at the other 29 MLB outfields, he's right.

Cruz currently checks in as the lightest of the three, weighing around 235 pounds. Hamilton carries 240 pounds, and Moreland checks in at a sturdy 245.

A Cruz-Hamilton collision sounds like trouble for the Rangers' two most frequent guests on the disabled list.
