"Randy Moss is looking forward to entering the NFL free-agent market whenever it opens, according to his agent, Joel Segal, who said Wednesday the wide receiver is primed to return to "the old Randy Moss."

Moss bounced from the Patriots last season to the Minnesota Vikings, then the Tennessee Titans, but he starred in New England in the three previous years and has been working out relentlessly, according to Segal, who said his client is in "freakish shape."

"Randy has been working out, two-a-days, all spring and summer in West Virginia," Segal said. "He is determined, motivated and quite frankly has a huge chip on his shoulder.
