"All eyes around the NFL are on the St. Louis Rams, a team in the midst of dual searches to fill two key front office positions.

While the Rams have completed their courtship of Jeff Fisher and wait for his final decision, Tennessee Titans vice president/football operations Lake Dawson is interviewing with the organization this week to fill the general manager role, league sources told NFL Network insider Jason La Canfora on Tuesday.

Dawson spent one season in his current role for the Titans, his fifth overall with the team after joining the organization as the director of pro scouting."
