Jelani Jenkins, an outside linebacker who struggled through an injury-prone 2016 season in Miami, signed with the Raiders Monday, the team announced.

Jenkins, 25, is a four year-veteran who played in nine games with seven starts last season, was listed on the injury report at various times with groin, knee and hand injuries.

ESPN News reported earlier Monday Jenkins would visit the Raiders.

Since free agency began, the Raiders have added three offensive players in tackle Marshall Newhouse, wide receiver/return specialist Cordarrelle Patterson and tight end Jared Cook.
