Regular starter Bruce Gradkowski is limited because of a right shoulder injury, and backup Jason Campbell also is limited because of a left knee strain he suffered against the 49ers on Sunday.

"It may have to be a game-time decision," Raiders coach Tom Cable said about his starting quarterback for Sunday's game against the Denver Broncos.

Cable did say Campbell will start ahead of Boller if he is healthy enough.

Boller hasn't played in any of Oakland's six games this season, but he has started 46 games during his seven-year NFL career.
