"The Broncos acquisition of Brady Quinn became official Monday when the quarterback passed the team's physical. Quinn was acquired Sunday from the Cleveland Browns in exchange for running back Peyton Hillis, a sixth-round pick in the 2011 draft and a conditional draft pick in 2012 that is tied to Quinn's playing time.
