Pistons forward Charlie Villanueva, via his Twitter page Wednesday, said Kevin Garnett called him a "cancer patient" during the Celtics' 109-86 win Tuesday at The Palace.

"KG called me a cancer patient," Villanueva wrote. "I'm (upset) because, u know how many people died from cancer, and he's tossing it like it's a joke."

Villanueva went a step further online and challenged Garnett, a 6-foot-11, 235-pound NBA All-Star, to a confrontation."
