"Some NBA followers believe the Detroit Pistons have shut down center Ben Wallace (sore knees) for the season, but coach John Kuester said there's a chance he will return to the lineup.

"With a lot of people I would say yes," Kuester said when asked whether fans have seen the last of Wallace this season. "With Ben Wallace, I'm not sure."

Wallace missed eight games earlier this month with a right patella tendon strain before returning to play March 19 at Indiana. He has not played since then and was listed as questionable for the game Sunday against Chicago."
