Former Baylor star Pierre Jackson has been tearing up the NBA Development League all season, and his play soared to new heights on Tuesday night. Jackson set a D-League record with 58 points to lead the Idaho Stampede to a 136-122 win over the Texas Legends.

Jackson's 58 points broke the previous record of 53 set by Morris Almond in 2008 and matched by Will Conroy in 2009. Jackson shot 24-of-33 from the field and 7-of-13 from three-point land in 45 minutes, and he also added eight assists and six rebounds. 27 of his 58 points came in the fourth quarter, including 12 in two minutes.
