The Coyotes signed goaltending prospect Marek Langhamer to a three-year entry-level contract, the team announced Thursday.

Langhamer was drafted in the seventh round, 184th overall, by the Coyotes in 2012. He spent the previous two seasons between the pipes for the Medicine Hat Tigers of the Western Hockey League.

This past season, the 6-foot-2, 186-pound Langhamer went 23-14-3 with a 2.58 goals-against average (seventh in the league) and .913 save percentage (10th in the league).

The 19-year-old Czech Republic native went 9-8-1 in the playoffs, posting a 2.35 goals-against average and .934 save percentage.
