"It's Peter Budaj's turn.

After the Avalanche practice this morning at Family Sports Center, coach Joe Sacco said Budaj would get the start in net Tuesday night when Colorado faces the Buffalo Sabres at the Pepsi Center.

"Craig (Anderson) has played the last three games and I've said all along that Peter was going to get his share of games," Sacco said. "I thought Peter played well in the Detroit game (last Monday), and we came up with a point in that game, so I just think it's the right time to get him back in there."

The start will be the 20th game of the season for Budaj, who has a 9-6-3 record, a 3.05 goals-against average and a .897 save percentage."
