The punishment stems from a tussle that occurred in the second quarter of the Vikings' 24-21 win. Following a 5-yard Christian Ponder scramble, Harvin became entangled with Munnerlyn. And as the two drifted onto the Panthers sideline, Harvin grabbed Munnerlyn by the facemask and forced him into the Carolina bench."
