"Packers wide receiver Greg Jennings was a guest Wednesday night on the NFL Network show, "NFL Total Access."

Jennings was asked if the team this season was better than last, how the Packers are preparing for the Atlanta Falcons and what he thought of Brett Favre's comments about Aaron Rodgers.

* On if Brett Favre's comments are an insult: "I think it can be skewed either way, but I don't believe that it was an insult. What he said, it's true. We feel like we should have done it a little sooner, but so does every other team in the NFL. The reality is we didn't; we did it last year. And as far as Aaron and his preparation, he took full control of his situation and it's a credit to him. He had to sit back, but he didn't just sit back like any other player and just take notes and wonder what he could be doing potentially. He tried to put himself in game mode every week and prepared himself as though he was going to be the starter. I was able to be a part of that for a couple of years and I saw the way he prepared himself, and ultimately he put himself in a position to be successful once he got the helm.""
