Indiana Pacers center Roy Hibbert rebounded from a shaky offensive showing in Game 2 to power the Indiana Pacers Saturday night.

Hibbert scored 24 points and grabbed 12 rebounds as the Pacers took a 2-1 series lead over the New York Knicks with a 82-71 victory on at Bankers Life Fieldhouse. Hibbert sank 9-of-18 shots and 6-of-7 free throws.

Hibbert had scored just six points in a 105-79 loss to the Knicks in Game 2.

George Hill added 17 points for the Pacers, hitting five 3-pointers.

Lance Stephenson hit two 3-pointers in the third quarter to help the Pacers take a 62-53 lead. Amar’e Stoudemire sank a 3-pointer at the buzzer to close the gap. The Pacers led by as many as 14 during the third quarter.

Indiana had led by 10 points twice in the second quarter before settling for a 36-33 halftime lead.
