"Frank Vogel took over as the interim head coach of the Indiana Pacers in February when Jim O'Brien was fired. He's the youngest head coach in the league at 37 years old and had some trouble getting full respect from his players, even though he helped lead them to a 20-18 finish and the team's first visit to the playoffs since 2006.
A final decision hasn't been made, but it appears that the Pacers and Vogel are moving toward making him the head coach for the foreseeable future, according to Yahoo! Sports' Adrian Wojnarowski.
"No final decision has been reached, but sources said most of the hurdles have been cleared for Vogel to be offered a multi-year contract in the near future," Wojnarowski writes."
