"Magglio Ordonez has not exactly been tearing up Triple-A pitching during his current rehabilitation assignment with Triple-A Toledo. But he hit his first home run with the Mud Hens tonight in a game against the Gwinnett Braves.

Ordonez hit a two-run home run to left field in the bottom of the third inning to tie the game at 3-all.

Ordonez walked in the first and fifth innings and struck out in his final at-bat before being replaced in right field in the extra-inning game."
