Watching his pitchers take their hacks as the Blue Jays prepare for interleague play in National League parks, beginning next weekend in Cincinnati, manager John Farrell was asked what he expected from his pitchers when they hit.

"Get the bunt down and don't get hurt," Farrell told reporters. "Pigs get fat, hogs get slaughtered."

Which translates into: "Don't get too greedy" and try to do too much.
