Durham is looking for a fresh start. He finds that in South Bend. Due to the transfer, Durham will sit during his first year and have three years to play after that.

During his recruitment as a transfer, Durham chose Notre Dame over Villanova and Virginia Tech. He visited the Fighting Irish in early May.

A four-star recruit out of Tampa (Fla.) Preparatory School, things never worked out for Durham at UConn. Although he played in a good portion of the games during his freshmen season, he only averaged 1.6 points per game and 1.5 rebounds in a little under 10 minutes of playing time.
