After exiting the Big East without a earning a conference title, Notre Dame will need a miracle run in the ACC tournament to earn the conference's automatic NCAA tournament bid.

That bid starts today against Wake Forest, whose coach, Jeff Bzdelik, is on the hot seat.

The chances of that happeneing? Not very big. According to the statistical website, kenpom.com, Notre Dame has a 0.1 percent chance of winning the ACC tournament.

At the very least, the Irish are essentially at full strength for the tournament. Pat Connaughton and Tom Knight, each of whom was battling ankle injuries, are in uniform. As is center Garrick Sherman, who has played through a chipped bone in his right pinkie finger since February.
