Joakim Noah posted career-highs in both points and rebounds as the Chicago Bulls rallied from 17 points down to defeat the Detroit Pistons 108-104 Friday night at the Palace of Auburn Hills.

Noah's 30 points and 23 rebounds marked the first time a Bull posted a 30-20 game since Marcus Fizer did so in April 2004. Noah also had a 20-20 game during the 2010 playoffs as well.

The Bulls have defeated the Pistons 16 straight times.
