Russia's Ak Bars Kazan has signed Boston Bruins forward Chris Bourque and Colorado Avalanche forward Tomas Vincour, the KHL team announced on Tuesday.

The 27-year-old left wing, the son of NHL hall of famer Ray Bourque, made only 18 NHL appearances last season, spending most of the year with Boston's AHL affiliate the Providence Bruins.

He was drafted 44th overall by the Washington Capitals in 2004 and played three seasons with the team, barely breaking into the main roster, although he won three AHL Calder Cups with the Hershey Bears.

Bourque has KHL experience from a short stint with Atlant Moscow Region in 2010, when he played eight matches.

Vincour, a 6-foot-2, 205-pound right wing, was traded to Colorado during last season's lockout from the Dallas Stars, the team that drafted him in 2009.

The Czech forward has 88 NHL appearances and 16 points on his record.
