"In another move to plug a coaching staff hole, the New Orleans Saints announced Tuesday that Andre Curtis had been hired as the new assistant secondary coach. Curtis becomes the third new member of Coach Sean Payton's staff since the end of the 2011 season.

Curtis also continues another trend: that of essentially moving the St. Louis Rams' defensive brain trust to New Orleans this off-season. In Tuesday's announcement, the club also acknowledged for the first time what had long since been established, namely that Steve Spagnuolo, the Rams former head coach, would be the Saints new defensive coordinator, and that Spagnuolo's DC, Ken Flajole, would be the secondary coach in New Orleans."
