"It's uncertain when Hornets starting shooting guard Eric Gordon may return, but Coach Monty Williams said doctors are still conducting tests on his bruised right knee. Gordon missed his 10th consecutive game Saturday night against the Dallas Mavericks.

"I know some things that I would love to tell you guys that I do know, but I've got to hold on to it for another day or two,'' Williams said. "They are still running tests; we'll know more Monday or Tuesday.''

Gordon said last week that it has been tough sitting out games, but he is sticking to the timetable set by the Hornets' training staff.

"I really haven't thought much about it, but it's been tough not being out there,'' Gordon said."
