"The Sabres are about to get healthy in a big way.

Defenseman Tyler Myers, out since suffering a broken wrist Nov. 19, said today he is fully healed and is hopeful of returning Friday when the Sabres visit Carolina.

"It doesn't do any damage to really bear down, so it's just a matter of these next couple practices getting ready for Friday," Myers said in First Niagara Center. "Hopefully, by Friday I'll be ready to go.""
