"Ryan Braun's legal and constitutional avenues will be held sacred while he appeals his positive test for performance-enhancing drugs, a privileged piece of information that nonetheless went public Saturday.

But once that appeal has been acted upon, and if Braun is found to have made PEDs part of his MVP season, the Milwaukee Brewers star should be relieved of his 2011 Most Valuable Player trophy.

Unless the testing was bogus or marred in some damning fashion, I can't see how you allow an athletic effort so tainted to remain sanctioned.
