"The Redskins aren't worried about Santana Moss being suspended. At least not for now. But that still depends on whether the NFL agrees with their belief in Moss.

The Redskins receiver has been linked to Canadian doctor Anthony Galea, who was arrested and charged with smuggling and providing human growth hormone. Moss told several teammates that he received treatment from Galea but insisted he did not know anything about human growth hormones.

Redskins coach Mike Shanahan spoke with Moss on Wednesday morning about the situation.

"I feel really good about where he was at and feel really good that, I don't know if vindicated is the word, but when people find out the facts he'll be OK," Shanahan said.

When asked whether he worried about a suspension, Shanahan said, "No, I don't."

But he also said he has not talked to the league about the matter. Moss referred all comments about the situation to Shanahan but did say, "We went over everything and where we're at. We're very clear on our decision."

He declined to elaborate on the situation, saying of it being a possible distraction, "I'm good. I'm just getting ready for the season.""
