MONACO are ready to demand £80m from Chelsea for Colombian striker Radamel Falcao but would also accept Fernando Torres or Demba Ba in part-exchange.

Reports in France that Chelsea's interest in Falcao has intensified in recent days with Roman Abramovich set to sit down for talks with Monaco owner Dmitri Rybolovlev to discuss a deal.

While both Falcao and Monaco sporting director Vadim Vasilyev insist the 27-year-old is happy in the Principality, Rybolovlev privately accepts that every player has his price particularly with the FIFA Financial Fair Play regulations set to bite increasingly hard.

And in the case of Falcao that price is £80m - £30m more than he cost Monaco to buy from Atletico Madrid just last summer.
