Los Angeles Angels center fielder Mike Trout eventually will become Los Angeles Angels left fielder Mike Trout again.

Although his offensive turnaround began when he shifted from left to center to replace the injured Peter Bourjos, Trout’s stay is temporary. Bourjos (hamstring) could return from the disabled list the second week of June.

"When Peter comes back, he's going to play center field," manager Mike Scioscia told the Los Angeles Times. "We'll see where it goes."

Trout was hitting .252 with two homers and 12 RBIs on April 29. Since moving to center the next night, he is hitting .343 with eight homers and 25 RBIs.
