Others noticed it in the dugout — so as a precaution, Miguel Cabrera came out of Sunday's 10-6 victory over the Orioles after seven innings.
"I didn't want to take any chances," manager Jim Leyland said. "He was a little woozy, but he's fine."
Even a hangnail for Cabrera can be major news for the Tigers, however — until it's found out not to be majors news.
After all, he's reached base safely in 49 of his last 50 games — and with two more hits, including his 29th home run, he took over the American League lead in hitting with a .341 average.
So how is he feeling?
