Michigan basketball continues to work on its target board for the 2018 recruiting class.

U-M offered shooter Noah Locke on Tuesday, he announced on Twitter.

Locke is a 6 feet 2, 190-pound point guard from Owings Mills, Md., who attends McDonogh School.

247Sports Composite rankings lists him as the nation's No. 108 player in the class and the No. 21 point guard.

U-M only has one 2018 commit, Detroit East English point guard David DeJulius.
