"Timberwolves forward Michael Beasley has countersued his former agent in a Maryland civil lawsuit, the Washington Post reported Wednesday.

Beasley's suit contends agent Joel Bell and Beasley's former AAU coach violated NCAA rules and federal laws governing agent conduct. The suit alleges the two conspired to build a relationship with Beasley since he was age 14 so Bell would represent Beasley professionally."
