UPDATE: Mets manager Terry Collins said that "We're a little concerned about him." He will undergo more testing Thursday. The team also announced catcher Juan Centeno is on his way from Triple-A to New York.

Travis d'Arnaud, the Mets catcher, will undergo a concussion test today after being hit a back-swing late in the team's win over the Yankees Tuesday night.

He was hit on the end of Alfonso Soriano's swing in the ninth inning but stayed in the game after Mets staff came out to examine him. D'Arnaud experienced a light headache afterwards but it dissipated, but the team decided to take precaution after having him undergo light exercise today while following Major League Baseball concussion protocol.
