1. David Wright will swing off a tee on Thursday in Port St. Lucie. Collins hopes he can begin rehab games in about a week. Wright fielded groundballs hit directly at him and took swings inside a pool today.

2. With a lefty starting to the Tigers, Ronny Paulino moved to the cleanup spot, because Collins believes Bay cannot handle it. That's the only conclusion we can draw from Collins' explanation.
