"Ravens wide receiver Derrick Mason left Ravens headquarters late Tuesday afternoon after meeting with general manager Ozzie Newsome. He doesn't know if he'll ever walk through those doors again.

"If they want me back, I'm back," Mason said. "That's all I can say."

Mason will officially become a free agent Thursday at 4:01 p.m. Ravens coach John Harbaugh said there's a chance that the team could re-sign Mason, presumably less than the $3.5 million he was scheduled to make.
