Jose Reyes said he is still not "there" yet at the plate.

But after coming up with four hits Saturday, Reyes provided further indication that he could be breaking out of his early season slump.

Reyes raised his batting average from .234 to .256 with Saturday's performance against his former team, the New York Mets.

Since April 30, Reyes is hitting .333 (17 for 51).

"The last couple of games, I feel like I'm starting to come," said Reyes, who won the National League batting title last season with a .337 average.

"But, still, I'm not quite where I want to be. I'm getting close. I got four hits [Saturday], but we lost the game. I feel like I don't do anything."
