Manchester United winger Nani has re-emerged as a target for Juventus as the Serie A champions look to defend their domestic crown for a third successive season.

Juve manager Antonio Conte wants to employ an attacking 4-2-4 formation and he sees United's Portuguese winger as the ideal player to offer width and speed down his right-hand side, according to Tuttomercatoweb.

Nani has fallen down the pecking order at Old Trafford this season under new manager David Moyes, starting just four Premier League games, and completing only one of those.

The former Sporting Lisbon man signed a new deal in September that will keep him at the club until 2018, but that could also strengthen United's ability to demand a substantial fee from the Turin side
