When Doug Marrone left Syracuse to become head coach of the Buffalo Bills last offseason, the Orange lost verbal commitment Malik Brown as well.

The three-star defensive end flipped to Tennessee, citing Marrone's departure, along with that of assistants John Anselmo and Steve Morrison, as the reasoning behind his decision.

However, after an injury-plagued redshirt freshman season with the Volunteers, Brown decided to transfer from Tennessee, and said that he isn't ruling out Syracuse as a destination.

"Yeah," Brown wrote in a text message when asked about the possibility."I'm looking at every option available."
