LSU officially granted offensive lineman Willie Allen a release from his scholarship early in June and Allen, a former five-star prospect, has had his choices of schools to attend.

He has visited UCLA and Baylor and has also talked to Miami, a school LSU opens the 2018 season. If Allen were to transfer to Miami, the game against LSU would be the first game he's eligible to play.

One school Allen won't be transferring to is TCU as LSU has blocked him from transferring there or to another SEC school, multiple sources confirmed to NOLA.com | The Times-Picayune on Friday.

LSU officials declined an official comment on the matter.
