Liverpool and Cardiff have entered the race to sign Blackpool winger Tom Ince.

The Seasiders have given Ince, who is out of contract at the end of the season, permission to discuss a loan move to a Premier League side and he has already held talks with Swansea City and Crystal Palace.

Now Liverpool, who sold Ince to Blackpool back in 2011 for an undisclosed fee, and Cardiff have registered their interest.

Kop boss Brendan Rogers has turned his attention to the 21-year-old after losing out on top target Mohamed Salah, who opted to join Chelsea.
