"Detroit Lions coach Jim Schwartz on Thursday said the team would take a look at linebacker Keith Bulluck, who is an unrestricted free agent. Bulluck is coming off a serious knee injury, though, and Schwartz indicated no decision was imminent.
"We don't know where he is (physically),'' Schwartz said. "He's a guy, among others, we've had our eye on.''
Bulluck, who played under Schwartz at Tennessee, would give the Lions a veteran presence at the weakside linebacker position. Right now, second-year player Zack Follett is the likely starter."
