"Lions quarterback Shaun Hill suffered a fractured left arm against the New York Giants today just before halftime.

Hill was hit by Giants' defensive tackle Barry Cofield on an incomplete with just over a minute to play in the second quarter. After a Lions timeout, he ran off the field and into the locker room for further evaluation.

Drew Stanton replaced Hill, completed 3-of-5 passes for 20 yards, and Jason Hanson made a 50-yard field goal as the half expired."
