"It would appear that receiver Calvin Johnson is on the Kyle Vanden Bosch practice plan — which is, stay off the field Wednesday and return Thursday and Friday.

That's been the case the last three weeks. The Lions have kept Johnson off the field on Wednesdays while he nurses a shoulder bruise. Vanden Bosch has been prescribed a Wednesday rest day all season. Both were back practicing Thursday.

Safety Louis Delmas may also be on that plan. He has missed the last two Wednesdays, but returned Thursday.

None of those three players have missed any game action."
