Linus Omark's EV Zug team is still in the playoffs, but when their post-season run is over, Omark would like to come back to the NHL.

After winning a scoring title for the first time, the Swede hopes to go the same way and get a one-way contract in the NHL next year.
"That’s been my goal since I signed here but let’s see what happens," he said. "It’s fun to play here and we’ll see after the season."

Omark's original Zug linemates, Damien Brunner and Henrik Zetterberg have settled in as linemates on Detroit's first line, and Brunner has 10 goals and 8 assists in 24 games for the Red Wings.

I spoke with Omark's agent, Patrik Aronsson, about his client's contract status, and Aronsson indicated Omark's deal with Zug ends when the post-season ends and he's back under Edmonton's control.
