Lincoln All-American defensive tackle Thomas Holley changed his commitment from Penn State to Florida on Wednesday morning, his coach Shawn O’Connor told The Post.

The news isn’t necessarily surprising after Bill O’Brien left State College to take a head coaching job with the NFL’s Houston Texans and Holley’s lead recruiter, defensive line coach Larry Johnson, departed for Ohio State.

James Franklin will take over the Nittany Lions program, which continues to recover from the disgrace of the Jerry Sandusky scandal.

Florida was a finalist for the 6-foot-4, 300-pound Holley, a raw yet impressive prospect who started playing varsity football as a junior.
