"LenDale White talked to Jim Wyatt of The Tennesseean, his first interview since being released by the Seattle Seahawks.

He admitted to mistakes lots of them, including smoking marijuana since he entered the NFL. He just doesn't know what mistake prompted his release from the Seahawks, and he did state he had changed.

"No one told me why I was really released, so I don't really know and I don't like to comment on what-ifs or why," White said to the Tennesseean. "Obviously it didn't work out for a reason."

White was participating in the youth camp for Chris Johnson, his former teammate with the Titans."
