The bench came up big again for the Dallas Mavericks.

With Jason Terry scoring 18 points and Lamar Odom having his finest hour with the Mavs with 15 points, the Mavs' bench outscored their Phoenix Suns counterparts, 51-21, during tonight's 98-89 victory at American Airlines Center.

It's the fifth time in seven games that the Mavs' bench has outscored the opposing team's reserves.

"Well, the second unit's goal is to come in and impact the game on both ends of the floor, and it's not just good enough to go out and play,'' Terry said. "We want to dominate every time we step out on the floor.
