The troubled forward plead no contest to a DUI charge and was placed on probation.

Lamar Odom pleaded no contest to a driving under the influence charge stemming from an arrest on Aug. 30, reports the Associated Press. Odom accepted a sentence of three months probation as well as a mandatory three months of alcohol abuse treatment.

Odom reportedly failed multiple field sobriety tests and refused chemical tests after being booked for the incident in August. He was pulled over by the California Highway Patrol just before 4 a.m. after driving too slow and in a "serpentine manner" on the 101 Highway in San Fernando Valley.
