Lack of snaps may cost Quinn millions

"Not only is Cleveland quarterback Brady Quinn disappointed with his playing status, but the former first-round pick could lose millions if he doesn't play this weekend against the Green Bay Packers.

According to Quinn's contract, he needs to play 70 percent of Cleveland's offensive snaps this year to earn two bonuses worth a combined $10.95 million. Quinn played 2½ games (10 quarters) this season before being benched in favor of Derek Anderson.

Depending on the amount of offensive snaps the Browns take this weekend, Quinn could fall under the 70-percent threshold by sitting on the sidelines Sunday against the Packers. Quinn would miss a $5 million bonus this year without the playing-time incentive and $5.95 million in 2010. "
