This by no means is an indication the Yankees have Felix Hernandez figured out, because nobody does.

However, when Hernandez takes the Safeco Field mound tonight for the Mariners, he will be looking to halt a personal two-game skid against the Yankees.

On May 11, the Yankees handed Hernandez a 6-2 loss at Yankee Stadium. In 6 ²/3 innings, they spanked the right-hander for four runs and 11 hits, including a Raul Ibanez homer.

In his previous outing against the Yankees, in September 2011, Hernandez gave up six runs and nine hits in six innings. Mark Teixeira and Chris Dickerson homered.
