As far as homecomings go, Kevin Youkilis' could have gone better.

Sure, some numbers were there -- Youk hit .417 over the course of the four-game series while hitting a home run and driving in three runs -- but the most important numbers for Youkilis have always been the wins and losses.

So as the White Sox depart town and another chapter in Youkilis' Red Sox experience closes, he admits that he's ready to move on.

"It'll definitely be a good thing to finally change courses, and now it's [time to focus on] the Central," Youkilis said before Thursday's game. "It's definitely been a lot of craziness, but it's been good."
